We want to really understand the event you have planned, so we can ensure the candy buffet is perfectly matched to the vision you have. We may seem to ask a lot of questions about your event, but this is to ensure you receive a truly custom designed candy bar. We would like to know the theme you have chosen, color scheme, existing decorations or props, event location, examples of invitations, flowers, vision boards and more.

What is the process of booking a Candy buffet?
A Over The Top Partys staff will contact you within 24 hours after you have submitting a contact form, we will review with you your event ideas, venue information, color scheme, guest amount, budget and types of candy/desert you are desiring to have. At the end of the consultation there will be a proposal emailed to you with the final details that was collected. If the proposal is accepted, to proceed you will need to sign our contract, acknowledge that you have read the candy and desert buffet policy and your invoice. All forms needs to be emailed, mailed or dropped off at the Over The Top Partys office along with a 50% deposit of the total amount. The remainder balance of the total needs to be paid 3 weeks prior to the event date listed on the contract. If this fee is not paid by the date agreed upon we cannot guarantee your event time and the contract will become null and void and you will forfeit your deposit.
When should I book my candy/desert buffet?
Although it is possible to plan a buffet in as little as 2-4 weeks, we do ask that you book at least 6-8 weeks in advance to ensure our availability for your event! In addition, it's important to allow ample time for the delivery of special order and exclusive items for your buffet.
Can this be used as my party favor for my event?
Absolutely it is the best idea and above all it’s unique! A candy buffet will make your event unforgettable leaving your guests with astonishment. They also make an incredible favor for your event--one that all ages will love!
Do I need to supply my props and linens?
Linens are complimentary for our clients. We will coordinate your candy buffet table linens with your event colors. If there is specific prop or custom detail you would love to add to the buffet we are more than welcome to do our best in adding them for you for an additional charge since that would be consider an up grade. Please contact us to inquire.
Can I provide some of my own candy?
No. For food service and sanitation reasons, we cannot allow you to supply any of your own candy. However, if there is a specific candy you want to include, please tell us, and we'll make sure to work it into the display for you!
What is the cancelation policy?
You may cancel Candy Buffet rental for any reason at any time up to eight (8) calendar weeks before the scheduled rental date If there have been specialty items ordered you will be liable for the charge. At that time, the contract will be null and void, but in that event, you will forfeit your deposit. If you reschedule your event within six months of your cancellation date, your deposit will not be forfeited but will be applied toward your next event if there was not any orders made on the behave of your event.
Do you provide an attendant?
We can provide you with an attendant for the duration of your event, at a rate of $30hr two-hour minimum. An Over The Top Partys staff will keep your buffet fully stocked along with giving excellent customer service.
How is my buffet price determined?
All Candy Buffets are fully customized to the individual event. Candy buffet prices vary according to design, theme, location, candy and or dessert selection and number of guests. Please contact us for pricing.

Is there local taxes added?

Some FOOD PRODUCTS COMMONL KNOWN TO CAUSE ALLERGIC REACTIONS TO SOME CONSUMERS, SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PEANUTS, NUTS, GLUTEN, DAIRY PRODUCTS, AND OTHER FOODS OR INGREDIENTS TO WHICH CONSUMERS/CUSTOMERS ARE OR MAY BE ALLERGIC, AND MAY RESULT IN MINOR OR MAJOR ADVERSE ALLERGIC REACTIONS, AND FOR WHICH Over The Top Partys LLC PROVIDES THIS EXPRESS DISCLAIMER FOR ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY THEREFORE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY PAIN AND/OR SUFFERING, ILLNESS OR DISEASE, OR COSTS OR EXPENSE, OR ATTORNEY’S FEES, AS MAY ARISE OR RESULT FROM SUCH ALLERGIC REACTIONS OR EVENTS AS MAY BE SUFFERED BY THE CONSUMER/CUSTOMER ARISING FROM ANY KNOWN OR UNKNOWN FOOD ALLERGIES, ALLERGIC CONSEQUENCES AND RESULTING TREATMENTS, OR FROM CONSUMPTION OF SUCH FOODS OR FOOD PRODUCTS TO WHICH THE CONSUMER/CUSTOMER IS OR MAY BE ALLERGIC.
Therefore, BY THESE PREMISES, THE UNDERSIGNED CUSTOMER OF Over The Top Partys LLC.DOES HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE, RELEASE AND RELINQUISH, AND HOLD Over The Top Partys LLC.INDEMNIFIED WITH RESPECT TO INCURRED COSTS AND/OR ATTORNEY’S FEES IN THE DEFENSE OF, ANY AND ALL RIGHT TO MAKE, FILE OR PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST Over The Top Partys LLC .
